What is the GRIT CIT Program?
GRIT stands for Growing Responsible & Inspiring Teens. This exciting program is designed for awesome young people (ages 13-15) who want a taste of what it's like to be a camp counselor while still enjoying all the fun and adventure that GRIT offers.

What to Expect:
Under the guidance of our awesome GRIT Camp Directors, you'll be mentored and supported as you help out with camp activities. You'll get hands-on experience in:
Leading Games and Sports: From capture the flag to arts & crafts, you'll help guide younger campers and make sure everyone's included in the fun.
Building Camper Connections: You'll be a buddy and confidante to younger campers, helping them feel welcome and engaged throughout the summer.
Social Media and Video Editing: As a GRIT CIT Mentee, you will help create and publish content for our GRIT App and social media channel GRit_JC .
Creating a Positive Camp Vibe: Your enthusiasm and leadership will set the tone for an unforgettable summer experience for everyone!
