About Our Programs

GRIT offers a range of programs designed for kids as young as 3 years old, up through 16 years of age. From Parkour/Ninja classes and Youth Sports Training to Gymnastics, Basketball, and even Skateboarding. No matter what age your child is, it's never too late, or too early to start building GRIT!

Better Shredder

7+ yrs

Small consistent groups with low teacher to student ratio. Skateboard, helmet, and pad rental are available but we encourage each student to have their own. All classes are held outdoors and are weather permitting. Each program has 2 weather make-up dates in case of bad weather.

GRIT Speed & Agility Level 2

7-13 yrs

Boost your speed with GRIT Speed & Agility Development class! 



This class focuses on teaching and practicing the correct body mechanics to enhance your speed and agility through fun exercises and games! 



Get a head start on your competition by learning first HOW to move and then by training to become FASTER in your straight line speed and QUICKER by making cuts, stopping and starting and more.
