FALL CLASSES

Punch Starters

3-4

GRIT Punch Starters -  Youth Sports Training & Conditioning (ages 3-4 yrs, co-ed)
Fall 2023 Semester | 12 Weeks September  11th - November  26th, 2023
Mondays @ 4:30PM 

GRIT focuses on helping budding athletes improve athletic performance, and increase toughness and mental confidence. 

Our programs integrate the following disciplines:

Running Technique/Cardiorespiratory
Plyometrics
Strength/Speed/Agility/Quickness
Balance
Hand-Eye Coordination

Building the core foundations for a well-rounded athlete, Punch Starters focuses on developing a young athlete's gross motor skills, balance, speed, and hand-eye coordination through fun and engaging games. 

Your future athlete will learn how to run properly, throw a ball, and improve their overall coordination. 

They will also learn how to properly warm up, train, and cool down to prevent injuries in a fun and safe environment led by our NASM Certified Youth Training Coaches. 

Good for all future athletes - including soccer, baseball, basketball, and more. 

Our Youth Training Programs are designed to complement our Parkour/Ninja/ Obstacle Course Racing and Gymnastics/Tumbling programs - teaching balance, coordination, and movement.

Kick Starters

GRIT Kick Starters - Youth Sports Training & Conditioning  (ages 5-7 yrs, co-ed)

RIT Jump Starters - Youth Sports Training & Conditioning (ages 7-12 yrs, coed)
FALL 2023 Semester | 12 Weeks September 11th - November  26th, 2023
Wednesdays @ 4:30pm 

Our Youth Sports Training & Conditioning programs focus on:
Running Technique
Plyometrics
Strength
Speed/Agility/Quickness (SAQ)
Balance, and 
Hand-Eye Coordination

Building on the Kick Starter program, Jump Start builds and refines gross motor skills to help future athletes learn to control their bodies and improve conditioning. 

Future Athletes will learn to run faster, turn more quickly laterally, throw a ball more accurately, defend better, and react faster. 

Building the core foundations for a well-rounded athlete, Jump Start is for young athletes seeking an edge to make them faster, stronger, and more coordinated than their opponents. Build gross motor skills, balance, speed, and hand-eye coordination, this one-hour program is designed to make them sweat while getting them in shape. 

Learn how to warm up, train, and cool down to prevent injuries in a fun and safe environment led by our NASM Certified Youth Training Coaches. 

Good for all future athletes - including soccer, baseball, basketball, and more.
