GRIT Sports Training is on a mission to help you build the necessary skills to succeed physically, socially and academically. Our programs are designed  to strengthen both mind and body, building GRIT through athletic activities that challenge you to keep going, growing and having fun.

Mental.

We focus on the mental game just as much as we do the physical. We believe a strong mind is the first step in developing true GRIT.

Physical.

Our programs are designed to help your child develop the physical strength, speed and agility needed to confidently approach any sport!

About Our Programs

GRIT offers a range of programs designed for kids as young as 3 years old, up through 16 years of age. From Parkour/Ninja classes and Youth Sports Training to Gymnastics, Basketball, and even Skateboarding. No matter what age your child is, it's never too late, or too early to start building GRIT!
