GRIT offers a range of programs designed for kids as young as 3 years old, up through 16 years of age. From Parkour/Ninja classes and Youth Sports Training to Gymnastics, Basketball, and even Skateboarding. No matter what age your child is, it's never too late, or too early to start building GRIT!

Your future athlete will learn how to run properly, throw a ball, and improve their overall coordination. 

They will also learn how to properly warm up, train, and cool down to prevent injuries in a fun and safe environment led by our NASM Certified Youth Training Coaches. 

Good for all future athletes - including soccer, baseball, basketball, and more. 

Our Youth Training Programs are designed to complement our Parkour/Ninja/ Obstacle Course Racing and Gymnastics/Tumbling programs - teaching balance, coordination, and movement.

Our Youth Sports Training & Conditioning programs focus on:

Building on the Kick Starter program, Jump Start builds and refines gross motor skills to help future athletes learn to control their bodies and improve conditioning. 

Future Athletes will learn to run faster, turn more quickly laterally, throw a ball more accurately, defend better, and react faster. 

Building the core foundations for a well-rounded athlete, Jump Start is for young athletes seeking an edge to make them faster, stronger, and more coordinated than their opponents. Build gross motor skills, balance, speed, and hand-eye coordination, this one-hour program is designed to make them sweat while getting them in shape. 

Learn how to warm up, train, and cool down to prevent injuries in a fun and safe environment led by our NASM Certified Youth Training Coaches.

This program builds confidence and independence, focusing on improving fundamental gross and fine motor skills.

Each class starts with a warm-up,  core skill drills, obstacle course, and games. Your child will love this class.

The GRIT Parkour/ Freerunning/ Ninja Warrior system is designed to teach athletes how to improve their mobility and agility while building strength and stamina.

It is the perfect complement to any sport helping to train gross and fine motor skills while building GRIT,  mental toughness, and stamina.

The system is for youth, teens & adults and consists of three levels and eight bands as athletes learn the skills and progressions necessary to test up to the next level.

Our gym is modular so each week the layout is different to create fun and challenging ways to test an athlete's skills as they progress and learn more difficult tricks.

Come train with us and find out why Parkour and Ninja Warrior are on the slate to be considered as new Olympic Sports at the Paris 2024 Summer Olympic Games.

An introduction to Parkour/Freerunning/ Ninja Warrior training for your growing athlete. 

This program builds confidence and independence, focusing on improving fundamental gross and fine motor skills.  Starting with soft objects and learning how to do parkour safely, your future Freerunner will love this class.  

Our gym is modular so each week the layout is different to create fun and challenging ways to test an athlete's skills as they progress and learn more difficult tricks following GRIT's Band System. 

Each class starts with a warm-up,  core skill drills, obstacle course practice, and games. Your athlete will be sweaty and tuckered out by the time class is over!

The more you practice the better you will get.  This class is offered twice a week to help with skill progression.   Athletes can then be tested into trying out for the GRIT Youth Parkour and Ninja Competition teams. 

When you sign up for a semester you are getting our best price.   We want you to use it so please make sure to schedule any make-up classes before the end of the semester as classes do not roll over.

Each class starts with a warm-up,  core skill drills, obstacle course, and games. Your athlete will be sweaty and tuckered out by the time class is over!

Future Tumblers

GRIT Future Tumblers - Beginner Tumbling & Gymnastics  (ages 3-4 yrs, co-ed)
Fall 2023 Semester | 12 Weeks September 11th - Nov 26th, 2023
Mondays @ 2:45PM | Saturdays @ 9AM

Learn the key fundamentals of tumbling & gymnastics while improving gross and fine motor skills, balance, and strength.  This is the first step to becoming a recreational gymnast!   Our certified youth sports training and gymnastics coaches provide structure and fun! 

Future Tumblers will learn forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, beam walking, kip bar, and when they are ready jumps on an air trampoline.  

Each class is 45 minutes and consists of warm-up drills, skills training, and practice followed by games and a cool-down.

This program offers continuous enrollment and is a beginner's program.  All athletes will be taught and practice and improve the core skill each week while learning new ones.   

The program is prorated so you only pay for classes still left on the schedule.

Winter 2022-2023 Semester | 14 Weeks December 5th - March 18th, 2023

GRIT Tumblers learn the key fundamentals of tumbling & gymnastics while improving gross and fine motor skills, balance, and strength.

Building on our Future Tumblers program,  budding gymnasts will learn forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, beam walking, kip bar, and jumps on an air trampoline.   

Each movement is broken down into specific skill sets that must be mastered in order to move up to the next level.  Budding gymnasts will learn to excel while building flexibility, strength, and skill progression. 

Each class is 1 hour long and consists of warm-up drills, skills training, and practice followed by games at the end and finally a  cool down.

An introduction to Novice Recreational Gymnastics for your future gymnast.  Learn the fundamentals with our trained and experienced coaches who break down each movement focusing on flexibility, strength, and skill.

Athletes will learn forward rolls, backward rolls, wall handstands, front split right splits, left splits, beam walking, balance, and beginner bar movements.

Strength & Flexibility become more important as skill levels advance.  Athletes may spend more time on drills to accomplish these skills as well as repetition to master them.

Athletes are encouraged to train multiple times per week to speed up their learning.
