Building core foundations for a well-rounded athlete, our signature Youth Sports Training Programs builds gross motor skills, balance, speed, and hand-eye coordination through fun and engaging games. Learn how to warm up, train, and cool down to prevent injuries in a fun and safe environment led by our NASM Certified Youth Training Coaches.   Good for all future athletes- including soccer, baseball, basketball, and tennis.

GRIT Punch Starters | 3-5 yrs
Youth Sports Training

Fall 2022

Sept 11th - Nov 27th - 12 Classes 

Saturdays / 9:00am

Mondays / 4:30pm

Ages: 3-5 yrs | Semester Programs and Drop-Ins Available

Location: GRIT Sports Training

Our Youth Training Programs are designed to build the core foundations of a well-rounded athlete teaching balance, speed, coordination, and movement.   

 

Punch Starters learn to run faster,  improve hand-eye coordination,  balance, and mental agility in a game-based environment.  The favorite class of all first-time GRIT students.   

Good for all future athletes - including soccer, baseball, basketball, and MORE!   

 

Sign up for one class a week or TWO!  The more your athlete works out the stronger and more coordinated they will become.

GRIT Kick Starters | 5-7 yrs
Youth Sports Training

Ages: 5-7 yrs | Semester Programs and Drop-Ins Available

Location: GRIT Sports Training  

 

Kick Starters builds on our Punch Starters program progressing their core skills as they learn to run faster, improve hand-eye coordination,  balance, and mental agility in a game-based environment.  The favorite class of all first-time GRIT students and returning students.  

One-hour classes ensure that your athlete goes home sweaty and tired.   Offered as a single class per week or two classes per week.  Remember, the more they train the stronger they will become. 

Good for all future athletes - including soccer, baseball, basketball, and MORE!   Single and Multi-Day options are available.  

FALL 2022

GRIT Jump Starters | 7-12 yrs
Youth Sports Training

Ages: 7-12 yrs | Semester Programs and Drop-Ins Available

Location: GRIT Sports Training

Building the core foundations for a well-rounded athlete, Jump Start is for young athletes seeking an edge to make them faster, stronger, and more coordinated than their opponents. Build gross motor skills, balance, speed, and hand-eye coordination while building stamina and strength. 

 

Learn how to warm up, train, and cool down to prevent injuries in a fun and safe environment led by our NASM Certified Youth Training Coaches.

A good complement for all sports.  Win on the field by training at GRIT
