Basketball teaches GRIT and resiliency..... which is why we love basketball. GRIT's Basketball program focuses on teaching the fundamentals of the game in a fun and non-competitive environment. Athletes will learn core ball-handling skills, the rules of the game as well as conditioning. We are dedicated to focusing on the values of the game to help grow and improve the youth basketball experience for all.
GRIT Basketball is on Summer Hiatus and will be back in the FALL.

Beast Coast Basketball GRIT's newest addition to its line up of sports programs. Once you graduate from GRIT's Basketball fundamentals program, Beast Coast is there to take you to the next level!
This program helps young athletes establish their growing fundamental basketball skills through competitive drills and games. It's fast-paced, competitive and tons of fun!
Beast Coast focuses on:

Basketball is a sport that can be played year-round and is excellent for building core strength, hand-eye coordination as well as teamwork, and sportsmanship.
GRIT's Basketball Fundamentals & Skills program helps young athletes establish their basketball skills while learning the fundamentals of the game.
It's fast-paced and tons of fun!
Young players will learn:

GRIT's Basketball Fundamentals & Skills program helps young athletes establish their core basketball skills while learning the fundamentals of the game. Good for players new to the game or athletes looking to improve.
To be good at basketball, you cant just play in the winter. It's a four-season game. Come practice with GRIT and build your skills. It's fast-paced and tons of fun!
Each practice works on conditioning, core skills followed by games.
Young players will learn:
