"The path"...

The word "Parkour" comes from the French "parcours" which literally means the "the way through" or "The Path". 


Once a training program for French Special Forces, Parkour is in its strictest definition is the act of moving from point "a" to point "b" using obstacles in your path to increase your efficiency. 

Sounds like fun right? 

Since then, Parkour/Freerunning has evolved  into super cool creative moves that are immediately recognizable  - even if you don't know what its called - as people began including flips and other creative expressions though signature moves including the "kong vault", "tic-tac" and "gap jumps"

Parkour is a growing movement culture with a vast and developing community.  With many ways to experience movement, Parkour has something to offer everyone. 

Learning Parkour/Freerunning at GRIT is fun and feels more like playing than exercise.   Led by our world class trainers and athletes, we will challenge you to move your body in new ways gaining valuable strength and mobility - all in a safe and encouraging environment.

an introduction to parkour/ freerunning for your budding athlete. The program builds confidence and independence focusing on fundamental gross motor skills.

Beginner Parkour

teaches the foundational movements guided by our trained and experienced coaches who break each trick down into a series of progressions.  A life changer...

Parkour Levels 1,2,3

Once you master basic movements. Train with us and progress through GRIT's Parkour Training Program - 3 levels and 8 bands to become a true FreeRunner: bars, flips and tricks.
