 Future athletes improve their gross motor skills, balance, strength, stamina.

Our core programs at GRIT are Parkour, Gymnastics and Sports Training.


These interdisciplinary programs can be taken separately or combined together (recommended). 

We offer a range of program options - all designed to fit your schedule.  

Sign up for specific program or use our monthly and/or class pack options  to take a variety of classes on different days. 

We also offer (on a very limited basis) our After School Program from 3-6 pm Mon-Fri  which offers a class per day plus fun games and activities.

Note: Reservations for classes are on a first come first serve basis. We offer multiple classes per program to provide a range of opportunities to train and advance your skills.

Sports Training

Young Gymnast


  • The Winter Semester is 14 weeks long and ends on Feb 30th

  • Semester pricing represents the price of 14 weeks.  When you register below the system will prorate the price to the number of classes/weeks left for both SEMESTER and MONTHLY pricing.  

  • Monthly packages require 3 month commitment. 

  • Monthly and Semester programs provide free access to Open Gym ( a $35 value per session)  to practice what you have learned in class.
