Multi-Week Registration Discount:
The multi-Week discount program is still available for select weeks in August.
Note: Discounts are prorated based upon the number of days/weeks registered. Early Registration Discounts are not provided for extra weeks purchased after camp begins.
Half-Day Camp is not eligible for the multi-week discount program.
Sibling Discount: A 5% sibling discount is available on a per-child basis.
Lunch/Snacks: Current CDC Summer Camp Guidelines do not allow us to provide lunch/snacks. Campers should be sent to camp with ample, healthy snacks and lunch to nourish them through the day. If the rules change we will offer lunch & snacks for an additional fee.
Registration Policy: Each camper’s registration requires an initial payment that is non-refundable plus a one-time annual registration fee of $49. The annual registration fee provides priority access to all GRIT programs and access to 1 Open Gym per month. Payment Plans are available. Final tuition is due based upon the payment plan agreed or after that date is non-refundable, regardless of dropouts or reductions in weeks prior to or during the camp season. Days missed due to injury, illness or any other reason may not be “made up” and will not result in a credit or refund unless so directed by management.
Signing Out Campers: No one may ever take a camper out of camp without signing that child out at the Camp Front Desk. Any adult picking up a camper must present a valid form of ID and we must have an email from the parent with a picture matching that person with permission for pick up/ drop off.
Medical Forms: The New Jersey State Youth Camp Safety Act and the American Camp Association require every camper to have a medical form signed by a physician. Medical forms are due before the start of camp. Your child does not need a doctor’s exam just for this purpose. The doctor can fill out our form based on any physical at any time. A parent/guardian must authorize GRIT Adventure Camp to treat your child if he or she is sick or injured at Camp.
Tipping: GRIT Adventure Camp allows tipping to favorite camp staff but it is not required.
Birthdays during Camp: We love celebrating campers Birthdays. Please contact us to arrange. Popsicles and cake are always a big hit. Want to do something fun? We can arrange it!
Group Lists & Pictures from Camp: Group lists are sent to the parents of children in each group, via email after the first week of camp. We include a family’s phone number, usually the cell phone of one parent. If you don’t want your phone number given out, please notify us before camp starts.
GRIT Summer Camp T-Shirts: One GRIT Summer Camp T-shirt is provided for each camper registered. Wish to buy more? They are available online via the registration form or at our GRIT Store along with other GRIT Merchandise.
FRIDAY Field Day: Fridays are "Field Day" at GRIT with a range of games and activities for all campers to get involved and have fun and win prizes!
Water Gun Fights: A tradition at GRIT is for Water Gun Fights on Friday afternoons. We supply a range of water guns but if your camper would like to bring their own, that’s fine! Note- we have been known to hold water gun battles on other days as well when the weather is hot.

Terms & Conditions
Please note that all sales are final, and there are no refunds or credits, full or partial, or holds, both consumer or business-related.
Credit can be provided on a case-by-case basis. There are NO REFUNDS. If you miss a class or program, you must have contacted GRIT via email (email@example.com) prior to missing the class/program to be provided a make-up or provide a doctor's note within 24 hours. Multiple makeup requests will not be granted.
We cannot transfer credits between seasonal programs or between clients that are not direct family members.
A one-time $49 Annual Registration is required.
We reduced our camp prices again this year- despite the added cost of running camp during an ongoing global pandemic. It is more costly to implement all of the added and stricter safety protocols, developing engaging content to meet these new conditions, and running at a much lower coach to camper ratio than the state allows- all designed to do our best to keep everyone safe. Providing lunch is not allowed per CDC guidelines. A bag of lunch and snacks should be packed each day.
A waiver must be on file for any adult or minor participating in our programs.
GRIT reserves the right to refuse participation in activities without a signed waiver.
NEVER GIVE UP!
GRIT is all about trying new things and recognizing you might fail... at first. It takes perseverance and GRIT to get good at something. Thats why we challenge kids to try their best and not to let the little things stop them.
We build athletes by building their GRIT.
Once they come to GRIT they learn to NEVER GIVE UP!
