TYPICAL CLASS + REQUIREMENTS
All classes are an hour-long (unless otherwise noted) and are supervised by a GRIT Sports Training instructor who is Red Cross Certified in CPR and First Aid. Our classes are set up so that the students warm up for 10 minutes, move to the day's instruction, and then conclude with a 10 minute cool down. Some classes allow for free time at the end for games.
Class reservations are highly recommended as class capacity can reach maximum capacity quickly.
Classes: GRIT offers classes for youth, teens, and adults. Students must be the age suggested in the class they are taking. See the class schedule for age limitations for individual classes.
Calendar: GRIT runs a four-season schedule ( Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall). You can join our classes at any time. Pricing for each program is prorated and new students are brought up to speed as we are constantly practicing core skills.
Open Gym: Open Gym is for practicing what you have learned in class. It is on a limited schedule due to COVID and we will expand/contract it as CDC guidelines dictate. With strict attendance limitations, students require that students sign up in advance (via email/text), must be current students, and or be part of our summer camp program. Please see our class schedule for specific age limitations for Open Gyms.
