Adult Fitness Training

Full-Body Mobility, Strength & Conditioning Classes
Perfect for any level of fitness!

Hit the pedal to the metal with GRIT's full-body Mobility and Strength & Conditioning course.

Each participant will start off at a set circuit of exercises and be given a set time limit OR set number of rounds in which to complete the demonstrated exercises.

Once the initial round is complete, each participant will break for water and recovery while the

instructor gives notes and records clients’ time or number of completed rounds so clients can easily track their progress each week.

Most classes will have a total of 3-4 circuits with 3 exercises in each circuit. This gives us about 10 - 15
minutes of full activity in each group that will encompass the whole body. One circuit will focus on exercises pertaining to upper body strength, the next lower body strength, and finally full body mobility. There will be a 3-5 minute transition between each circuit to transition the gym space, to get water, and to record your reps/time depending on the previous exercise.

The last challenge will be a short (but intense) core routine completed by the class for a final burn!
